(We don’t refund shipping costs unless items are defective. See our returns policy here.)  If the purchase of an item allowed for reward items to be shipped free of charge all promotional items must be returned in the original packaging.  Some of the products we are releasing very quickly and we are improving them even quicker for rapid scaling of practical pandemic countermeasures.
